You are more than what you've  been through.

Do you feel…

Overwhelmed by the circumstances in your life?

Defined by a broken body, broken relationships, or a sense a lifetime of wounds?

Lost on how to move forward or even just want to do next?

Cascading shame that drives you into unhealthy habits or relationships?

Stuck on an emotional rollercoaster that you want to break free from?

Burdened with feelings of “not enough”?

benefits of christian Counseling:

You are more than a body and emotions. Christian counseling allows you to look at every part of you - mind, body, emotions, and soul - as you seek to bring them all into a place of healing.

The wisdom of the world changes like the wind, but the wisdom found in your faith is grounding. Let that be the guide as you find solid ground in the storm.

Christian counseling also creates space to wrestle well in your faith by processing pain and developing a sense of hope even if the difficult circumstances continue.

Q&A
  • In Christian counseling, we look at every aspect of your life from your thoughts and emotions to your relationships and your faith. All of the pieces of you are intertwined and Christian counseling allows each of these areas to be expressed and explored. It also means that truth and hope come from something outside of your circumstances and can sustain you even when life is hard. You will still learn healthy coping tool, effective communication skills, and process your past, but you will also explore wrestling in faith, build rhythms of rest, and meditate on what is true.

  • Whether you are walking through the brokeness of infidelity, the devastation of grief, the overwhelm of living in a culture that says you are not enough, or even a crisis of faith. This style of counseling meets you where you are and walks with you.

  • Here you will find a safe place to be heard, to wrestle, and to move through the waters of suffering. We will talk about faith as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
